Our client in the North Suburbs is seeking a Financial Analyst!
Responsible for monthly internal accounting and reporting including month end close.
Analyze financial statements and provide business decision support from a financial perspective.
Support Finance leadership with key analysis and financial information on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
Assist in the quarterly forecast and the annual budget processes for expenses.
Analyze current processes and assist to implement continuous process improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-3 years or more of Accounting and relevant Finance experience
Experience in accounting, FP&A, or business partnering with sales/marketing organizations
Strong communication skills, both oral and written; good interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and motivate, attention to detail, and a hands-on attitude
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Access and Excel
Experience with Hyperion Essbase and VBA macros a plus
