Primary Accountabilities
Seeking an Intern to assist our Internal Strategic Communication Group to enhance the value we deliver our internal businesses by collaborating on client-centric communication strategies that optimize all communication channels to drive engagement, cultivate relationships and provide financial benefit.
This role will contribute to our team by providing administrative assistance, conducting research and analytics, coordinating projects, and working as an extension to our business proposal efforts. Ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. Internship will be 8 to 10 weeks.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Pull together all of the billing info from the prior fiscal year and create a client penetration matrix.
Data entry (Billing in Pandora.)
Reconcile billing against what billing billed (particularly for envision.)
Review our current website, marketing materials, products/services (etc) and create a suggested refresh.
Track Teams goals and updates into the sharepoint site for reporting.
Quickcert process.
EDGAR campaign materials
Update Quality (ISO) documents
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Required:

Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.
Technical Skills – Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint.
Must be proficient in Excel.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Education and Experience


Current college student working towards a Bachelors in Business or Marketing
Administrative Assistance along with project management experience
Preferred:
Word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and Internet software knowledge is recommended


Language Ability
Ability to read/analyse/interpret journals/financial reports/legal documents; respond to inquiries/complaints from customers/reg. agencies/ community; write speeches/articles for publication; present info to top mgmt/public groups/ boards of directors.


Mathematical Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
