Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a research intern to work with our Property Management team. You will work with JLL leadership to support a variety of projects including sales, prospecting, analytics, BI, research and communications. This is a great opportunity for an analytically and inquisitive minded individual eager and interested in problem solving that will help us advance various areas of our business. .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Online searches and research
Data input and analyses
Ability to process large amounts of data, information and research in an organized manner
Effectively communicate with team members and senior management
Well versed with online search engines and analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, JLL Databases – with training, etc.)
Support special projects
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
0-2 years relevant work experience.
Experience with research, analytics and / or reporting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Able to collaborate and communicate with team members and others throughout the globe.
Extensive interpersonal interaction will be required in order to perform the job.
High level skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
Sharepoint experience, a plus.
