Digital Content Writer – Paid Internship

Digital Content Writer – Paid Internship

Neon One was founded with the mission of becoming the most comprehensive and authentic technology ecosystem for nonprofits. As a member of our marketing team you will have the opportunity to learn the nonprofit software market and create powerful content that will help nonprofits scale their impact. We have offices in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and Portland and you will be collaborating extensively with those teams, learning about their products and customers.

As a Digital Content Writer, your primary focus will be on website pages, blogs, email sequences, and social posts. We may occasionally create print pieces, but the vast majority of our work is digital. For this reason, it is important to understand how to convey complex topics to an online audience; this includes non-textual elements such as graphics and video. We are focused on building web content that ranks well on search engines, and while this is not an SEO writer position, a basic knowledge and desire to learn more about SEO keywords will be useful. We create quality content for excellent user experience.

This is a 6 month paid internship with a possibility of being hired full-time. Ideal availability between 30-35 hours per week.
