ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Entry of utility bill information into billing system
Utilize software to accurately calculate resident utility charges
Review the daily utility variance reports and research explanations
Collaborate with Quality Control Associates to ensure properties are moved efficiently through billing process
Work with client to obtain billing approval as quickly as possible so the statements can be released to the residents in a timely fashion
Verify the accuracy of datasets prior to statement release
Strong attention to detail
College Degree and or equivalent education preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the multifamily industry a plus
Ability to work both on a team, and as an individual contributor
Must be comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
Must be comfortable performing the same tasks in monthly repetition
